The Role:


Are you a problem solver? Love bringing solutions to your customers? Our Claims team is the place for you! Our claims department helps bring peace of mind to our clients, by putting to use their insurance policy, providing helpful information and resolutions in order to end the call with an appeased customer.

The responsibilities of our Claims Amabassadors include:

  • Process insurance claims by:

  • Collecting insurance information and start the claim process, identify and classify the type of claim or eventuality according to company guidelines, insurance and the state where the policy was sold.

  • Request and verify police reports and / or photographs of the incident.

  • Assign the case to an adjuster for follow-up

  • Generate confirmation letters once the case is assigned

  • Follow up on existing insurance claims by:

  • Assisting the insured with any follow-up of an existing insurance claim.

  • Identify and verify the claim reports.

  • As the case may be, advise the insured to wait a specific time for their case to be verified, or connect them directly to the adjuster for the proper follow-up.

  • Support as a translator between the adjuster and the client by assisting the adjuster as an interpreter to overcome any language barrier.

  • High School

  • Bilingual

  • Microsoft suite knowledge

  • Experience in customer service fields

  • Adaptable to change

  • Customer Service Oriented
