System One has an exciting opportunity for a Performance Supervisor (onsite supervisor) at our well-known client in Thomasville, PA.


"C" Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Summary of Functions:

Responsible for the management of System One employees assigned to client facilities from an administrative perspective. Interfaces on a regular basis with all levels of client managers and supervisors. Keeps System One management apprised of requests for System One contract and contingent personnel. Advises System One management of potential changes to System One policies or procedures to provide best practices services.

Essential Functions:

  • Provides training to System One employees as it relates to GMP’s, Harassment in the Workplace, Workplace Violence, Dress Code, Confidentiality and Work Product agreement and site specific policies and procedures.

  • Will be responsible for making termination decisions and terminating System One employees.

  • Participates in regular meetings with client and provides recap to client and System One.

  • May meet regularly with System One recruitment team to provide insight to the local community for recruitment activities to support client’s needs.

  • Assists in completing payroll on site.

  • Provides client with daily and weekly schedule.

  • Scheduling of assignments on a daily basis.

  • Answers questions of System One employees concerning payroll and benefits.

  • Performs accident prevention audits and performs accident investigations for System One worker’s comp accidents and injuries.

  • Provides site with findings of accident investigations.

  • Based on feedback from client supervisors and supervisor assistants, administers performance disciplinary program for System One employees.

  • Based on System One employee attendance, administers attendance disciplinary program.

  • Provides written issue resolutions to appropriate client manager.

  • Interfaces with System One Human Resources Team on all disciplinary activities that may lead to termination of a System One employee.

  • Completes projects as assigned by Account Manager or Director of Operations.


  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and verbal and written communication skills.

  • Creative problem solving ability.

  • Exposure to Human Resources/Employee Relations, recruiting, marketing and or communication.

  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
