English Speaking Senior Services Project/Program Management Analyst

The team works closely with sales, customer service, partners, customers and other technical support groups in cross-functional teams. Together, they manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high risk projects - from design to delivery.

What you’ll achieve

As a Services Project/Program Management Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for delivery of the standard project plan with minimal direction and coordination of standard project plans for projects with lower complexity and risk. You will work with external clients/customers from project initiation through delivery and ensure customer happiness to achieve Total Customer Experience (TCE).

You will:

  • Manage projects that capture customer’s unique requirements accurately.

  • Manage projects to meet and exceed metric targets and goals.

  • Coordinate and closely tracking the service delivery thru from project setup to project closure, working together with the respective Engineer, Partner engineer, Fulfillment and Quality, RMT.

  • Always ensure the process implemented deliver the good and right quality services/product to the customer.

  • Compile accurate delivery performance data timely, monitor and report the performance.

Essential Requirements

  • Good communication & negotiation skills.

  • Capability to manage and coordinate multi projects or tasks in parallel.

  • Customer focus, creative and able to perform under lead time pressure.

  • Fluent spoken/written English (English major or oversea background).

  • Project management and customer facing experience is a plus.

Desirable Requirements

• 13+ yrs working experience, Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
