This role collaborates with Home Office Shared Services, Regional Merchandising and Division leadership to drive profitable margin outcomes, working in alignment with Corporate objectives.General Responsibilities:ulli aria-level="1"Performs ongoing evaluations for item level Cost for Price/lili aria-level="1"Reviews and executes various price adjustments/lili aria-level="1"Reviews, monitors and approves exception listings/lili aria-level="1"Manages all aspects of Zone Pricing/lili aria-level="1"Collaborates with Revenue Management teams to execute brand cost strategies/lili aria-level="1"Collaborates with Category and Revenue Management teams to recommend vendor allowance adjustments, and to provide overall vendor allowance maintenance/lili aria-level="1"Collaborates with Revenue Management teams to review list cost, freight and agreement changes (Cost Change Notification Process)/lili aria-level="1"Responsible for executing margin enhancement strategies related to cost changes, holiday/seasonal/event opportunities, purchasing strategies/lili aria-level="1"Works with other Revenue Management teams to support strategies and decisions related costrice and profitability/lili aria-level="1"Collaborates on continued improvement of processes, reporting and tools to scale across the organization/li/ulLearning Growthulli aria-level="1"Maintains knowledge of current trends and developments in the field by reading appropriate books, journals and other literature and attending related conferences, seminars, training, supplier visits, etc. Maintains peer relationships in the field to share issues and ideas./lili aria-level="1"Leverages internal and external data and customer insights to inform decision-making. /li/ulOur ideal candidate will have:ulli aria-level="1"At least 5 years experience managing margin, price and cost, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience that includes a basic understanding of category management and commodity pricing principles./liliBachelor degree in Business, Marketing or related field./lili aria-level="1"Proficient analytical skills to analyze and interpret data related to industry trends, margin performance, pricing, freight rates, customer needs, etc./lili aria-level="1"Proficient communication skills - both written and verbal - to communicate effectively with a broad-based team including diverse internal stakeholders and vendors./lili aria-level="1"Must have category, industry and segment knowledge and be able to analyze and interpret data./lili aria-level="1"Knowledge of the principles and methods of category management, sourcing and procurement, cost and pricing, sales and marketing metrics, strategies and tactics./lili aria-level="1"Exceptional organization skills and attent
