As a solution-based staffing organization; we have aligned our processes to mirror GROW's talent strategies to identify, screen, and recruit qualified candidatesThe CEO will report into the Board Chair and work collaboratively with the Board of Directors in leading the transformation of GROW from its current stage to a more mature organization capable of delivering on its long-term vision. Specifically, she or he will ensure that GROWrsquo;s fiscal, operations, fundraising, marketing, human resource, technology, and programmatic strategies are effectively implemented across all segments of the organization.This position is responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and stewardship of the organization. GROW is seeking a socially conscious and passionate leader who is financially astute and able to inspire commitment and facilitate advancement of the mission, goals and objectives of the organization.RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic Vision and Leadership ulliCollaborate with the Board of Directors and its key committees and Senior Leadership team to create organizational goals and develop strategies to ensure they are achieved./liliRefine and implement the strategic plan while ensuring that the budget, staff, and priorities are aligned with GROWrsquo;s core mission./liliProvide inspirational leadership and direction to all team members, and ensure the continued development and management of a professional and efficient organization; establish effective decision-making processes that will enable GROW to achieve its long- and short-term goals and objectives./liliCultivate a strong and transparent working relationship with the Board and ensure open communication about the measurement of financial, programmatic, and impact performance against stated milestones and goals./liliIn partnership with the Board, help build a diverse and inclusive Board representative of the community that is highly engaged and willing to leverage and secure resources./li/ulCommunity Impact/Program Development ulliIn partnership with the Board, craft and adapt the strategy for GROW's overall impact on the community, with particular emphasis on increasing its capacity to drive the impact agenda to support and grow business in the communities we serve. This includes raising funds to support the plan./liliDemonstrate knowledge and skill in developing and maintaining strong relationships throughout GROWrsquo;s service area with current and potential stakeholders including community leaders, banking institutions, funders, community and economic development organizations, government and other civic institutions./liliDemonstrate knowledge and experience in all aspects relevant to running a nonprofit financial institution including accounting, budgeting, policies and practices, strategic planning, investments, lending, advisory service delivery, human resources, marketing, information technology systems, regulatory requirements and risk management./li/ulResource Development ulliDrive key results in fundraising to identify, cultivate, and solicit prospective donors and key leaders to leverage personal and professional contacts and relationships, into fundraising opportunities./liliEnsure that the flow of funds permits GROW to make continuous progress towards the achievement of its mission and that those funds are allocated appropriately to reflect present needs and potential./liliFormulate and execute comprehensive marketing, branding, and dev
