Your Role and Responsibilities
We look for a specialist to join our team and supports us providing high quality services in area of Service Management tools (IBM Smart Cloud Control Desk, IBM Control Desk).
On daily basis 2nd level application administrator is responsible for:
Providing technical support for Maximo/ISM/SCCD/ICD application following ITL principles
Maintenance, configuration and releasing the applications to User Acceptance Testing & Production environments
Processing Service Requests, handling and determining root cause of Incidents (diagnosis and fix)
Application health checking, performance and stability monitoring, connectivity/memory/disk problems diagnosis, performance issues (hardware/network) troubleshooting
LINUX/AIX system logs analysis
Internal and external training and certifications
Upskilling programs, wide possibilities of skills' development

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Basic knowledge in the following areas: IBM Service Management (ISM) v7 technology, usage and knowledge of ITIL processes with focus on Incident, Problem and Change Management.
Basic experience in one of technology: Linux, Unix, DB2, Websphere and willingness to upskill in those areas
Experience in technical investigation, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
SQL basic knowledge and/ or general programming skills (preferable: Python, Java Script)
Experience in customer relations and/ or working in service desk area
Ability to work in team, taking owner ship for assigned task and deliver results on time
Ability to communicate articulately and effectively on all levels of business, communicative English
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Knowledge of reporting platforms (BIRT, COGNOS)
Administrative skills in one of following area (Unix, Databases, Java application servers)
