Collaborate with site leaders and contributors to identify needed capabilities to enable business requirements for three sites: De Soto, KS | Ames, IA | Worthington, MN. | Estimated Travel 50%
Develop and execute departmental capability plans to achieve business results
Manage local execution of the global learning strategy and ensure site learning strategy is aligned to these common objectives
Foster a learning environment that promotes continuous improvement of skills
Support employees’ potential by providing Learning & Development (L&D) expertise as it relates to the employee’s development plan
Partner with Global L&D to implement and continuously improve Standard Site Learning Processes
Develop area capability plans and roadmap linked to business requirements, inclusive of job, functional and leadership skills as well as development of team capabilities
Implement, maintain and continuously improve standard site L&D processes, (Job Skills & Qualifications | SOP Process | Annual GMP | Safety Programs and New Employee Orientation | Strategic Divisional Work
Influences and promotes the organization in Permanent Inspection Readiness as it relates to Learning & Development
Collaborate with corporate teams and other sites to leverage best practices
Oversight of Site Master Training Plans including development and implementation, and escalation of gaps and/or issues
Delivers/Facilitates and arranges local coordination of training as necessary
- At least a Bachelor's degree. Master's degree is preferred
Experience and Skills
Minimum five years of related proficiency in the areas of Learning | Talent & HR | Comparable Areas, with minimum one year of proficiency facilitating/delivering learning solutions
Biopharmaceutical and/or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Quality Management systems, cGMP, and regulatory inspections
Planning & Project Management
Leadership, Professional and Functional Competencies
Working knowledge of Adult Learning Principles
Working knowledge of Change Execution Management or similar framework
Knowledge of our Company E2E Business Process & Functions
Lean Manufacturing and Company Production Systems
Working knowledge of Behavioral Change and Consequence Management or similar framework
