CVS Health Digital Marketing Senior Manager in Woonsocket, Rhode Island

Job Description

The Senior Manager of the Caremark Digital Marketing helps members and patients get the most out of their benefits. We make it easy for members and patients to access information, tools and support, keeping them on the path to better health. With a deep understanding of digital direct marketing practices, you will lead the development of strategic plans, programs and campaigns to drive digital adoption and engagement in targeted markets and business segments.

You will be adept at targeting audiences and motivating desired behaviors across experiences: websites, emails, mobile notifications/SMS, member materials, mailings, call center messaging/scripting, etc. You will collaborate with key Enterprise partners, including PBM and Specialty marketing strategist, the Enterprise Digital Team responsible for overall digital capability strategy and building/managing digital assets, and the Enterprise Analytics Team to institute rigorous test and learn methodologies and measurement plans.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a direct report

  • Develop strategic marketing plans and executing tactics to meet business goals for a digital first approach

  • Work with relevant marketing strategists to develop and optimizing digital campaigns to drive overall engagement goals, and include digital content and calls to action in their efforts

  • Determine customer segmentation and targeting

  • Develop measurable, scalable direct to member campaigns and channels. Measures, adjusts and reports out results

  • Develop test & learn agenda to foster continuous improvement

  • Support acquisition efforts for open market patients through execution of digital campaigns

  • Act as a strategic advisor and digital advocate

  • Understand and drives the importance of customer-first thinking and focus on quality user experience.

  • Establishes and maintains strong collaborative relationships with key partners across the organization, as well as externally vendors

Your success will be determined by your ability to drive forward the number of members and patients who are actively using our websites and mobile applications. You will also be measures on behavior change resulting from digital asset usage including increased medication adherence and reduced servicing costs associated with paperless and calls to customer service. The contributions you make will help CVS Health to maintain our position as a leader in the PBM Marketplace.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience: website, app, email, digital, social and texting programs.

  • 2+ years of healthcare experience

  • Some minimal travel may be required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and Tableau

  • Experience leading marketing plans through development, execution and measurement

  • Demonstrated experience working well with senior leaders and cross-functional teams

  • A firm grasp of campaign analysis, linking data and strategy

  • Experience managing vendors, agency partners and budgets

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, with an ability to influence and negotiate with peers, cross-functional partners

  • Seasoned in managing timelines, delivery, dependencies, communication across teams

  • Strong work ethic, dedication and desire to succeed, coupled with initiative and resourcefulness

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related field

  • Equivalent comparable experience may be considered
