ICF Consulting Group, Inc. Information Assurance Analyst in Woodlawn, Maryland
ICF is seeking an experienced Information Assurance Analyst and Systems Administrator to support a federal customer in activities associated with maintaining a comprehensive HSPD-12 and FICAM relevant accreditation boundary.
Schedule: The candidate will work a standard 8 work-hour day, Monday through Friday, with core hours from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Will telework during pandemic and work onsite at the Agency site in Woodlawn, MD., post pandemic.
Key Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities will include:
Provide subject matter expertise in Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) and National Institute of Standards (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-53 and relevant overlays
Will develop and maintain documentation supporting the boundary's Authority to Operate (ATO)
Will assist in annual and triennial certification efforts with the agency’s assessment teams
Provide oversight of boundary inclusive vulnerability assessment remediation
Develop and manage plans of actions and milestones (POA&M)
Provide Level 3 technical support for vulnerability remediation activities
Assist with planning, implementation, and validation testing of systems within the accreditation boundary
Develop, maintain, and implement check lists and test cases to ensure system compliance with Federal requirements
Work with ICF technical leadership and team members to meet contract deliverables
Support other related client tasks, as needed
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
4 years' experience in Information Assurance
3 years' experience in Windows Systems Administration
Demonstrated experience with NIST SP 800-53
Demonstrated experience with multi-factor authentication with smart cards
The candidate would be required to pass a Federal National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation for this role.
Preferred Experience:
Strong understanding and hands-on knowledge of PKI concepts and practices
Working knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools such as NESSUS
Working knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
Working knowledge of Network Access Control (NAC) technologies
Working knowledge of all NIST publications related to the HSPD-12 and FICAM domain: FIPS201-2, SP800-73, SP800-76, SP800-78, SP800-116
