Aerotek Customer Service Representative in Woodland Hills, California

Description:

• Answer incoming calls regarding merchant inquiries in a high volume, fast paced call center environment

• Update merchant account information in CRM

• Review merchant’s statements and answer any questions regarding rates and fees

• Educate merchants regarding various company products and services

• Make outbound calls regarding various reasons

• Document calls in CRM and add concise notes to files

• Open and complete cases in CRM to resolve merchant issues

• Handle and resolve merchant issues in a proficient and competent manner

• Research a variety of inquiries using all available tools, systems, and resources

• Deescalate calls

• Assist other departments when necessary

• High volume of inbound and outbound call experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)

• Ability to build relationships and gain customers' trust

• Asking questions effectively to uncover needs

• Professional, confident, and inviting phone etiquette

• Able to achieve call data standards including dials and talk time
