Northrop Grumman is seeking a Business Management Manager 1 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Woodland Hills, CA.

The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Navigation, Targeting & Survivability Division, Emerging Systems & Strategic Initiatives Business Unit. This Business Unit consists of a diverse set of DoD, commercial, and other customer contracts, with all contract types. The Business Unit also includes international business.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Business Management Manager 1 include, but are not limited to :
Lead a team of Program Control Analysts, Contract Administrators, and Schedulers in executing a broad scope of business management activities
Lead the EAC process to include earned value analysis, hands-on EAC updates, and revisions
Manage the monthly financial forecasting process to include analysis and recommendations on awards, sales, operating margin, and cash
Coordinate with multiple offsite points of contact to gather, consolidate, and analyze financial data
Analyze balance sheet activity and resolve unbilled balances
Support proposal activities including negotiations and business case development
Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Operations, Engineering and Program Management
Develop and train a direct staff of Program Control Analysts
RELOCATION ASSISTANCE MAY BE AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUISITION.
Bachelor's degree with f ive years of related Business Management experience.
Experience and strong understanding of indirect/overhead rate development
DoD background with experience with multiple contract types
Financial forecasting experience
Willingness and ability to travel domestically 10% of the time
US citizenship is a prerequisite
Bachelor's degree or higher in in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field.
