The primary responsibilities of this position are to engage customers to execute Fulton's established sales and customer experience initiatives and oversee daily operational activities of the assigned Financial Center. The incumbent will advise and coach staff toward achievement of team and individual production and service goals, implement established operational procedures, lead compliance and audit activities for the Center and ensure the delivery of Fulton's customer experience programs. Level II Supervisors will generally perform duties in an environment requiring a higher degree of scope and complexity relative to Level I Supervisors.
Lead Financial Center staff in the delivery of Fulton's customer experience programs, promote best practices, ensure implementation of established processes for customer interaction, on-boarding, sales and referrals, provide direct training as required
Engage customer in accordance with internal customer experience initiatives, determine banking needs, execute sales process and internal referrals in an effort to gain new business and retain/expand existing relationships
Implement prescribed risk management, security and compliance procedures, coordinate location compliance audit, engage internal audit and compliance staff, provide recommendations for improved performance
Assist Management with staff selection, onboarding, scheduling and performance, provide coaching to staff, resolve complex or escalated customer issues, monitor employee engagement and progress against performance goals
Participate in off-site networking, customer engagement and sales events
High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)
Bachelor Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business, Marketing or other applicable. (Preferred)Experience
3 or more years Banking with direct customer engagement or equivalent. (Required)
1 or more years Supervisor or Team Leader. (Preferred)
This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. Each employee of the Organization, regardless of position, is accountable for reading, understanding and acting on the contents of all Company-assigned and/or job related Compliance Programs, regulations and policies and procedures, as well as ensure that all Compliance Training assignments are completed by established due dates. This includes but is not limited to, understanding and identifying compliance risks impacting their department(s), ensuring compliance with applicable laws or regulations, and escalating compliance risks to the appropriate level of management.
