Honeywell Energy Program Manager in Wixom, Michigan

Oversee and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing and start up Energy Efficiency and Demand Response Programs. You will serve as the client liaison in all aspects of project management and planning, project team, and line management. You will review status of projects and budgets. You will coordinate schedules and deliver status reports. You will assess project challenges and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress, and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

· Project Management – Managing multiple projects

· Project Planning – Scope creation, interpretation and budget

· Customer Support – Client facing

· Facilitate Team Alignment – Manage a large team of direct reports, sub-contractors and cross functions

· Deliver Status Reports – Daily, monthly and ad-hoc reporting responsibilities

· Team Management – Motivate to deliver quality results

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ Program Management experience

WE VALUE

  • Significant experience applying best practices in Customer & Product Support

  • Experience with full P&L responsibility

  • Adept in Microsoft Office – Intermediate in Microsoft Excel

  • 5+ Years of managing large projects

  • Excellent organization skills
