Aerotek Permanent Full Time Inside Sales Chat Agent in Winnipeg, Manitoba
Our client, a leader in the telecommunications field are seeking inside sales agents (Chat Agents) for a National Client in their Winnipeg Location for a Full Time Permanent Role.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be a part of a team to drive desired business results by delivering a best-in-class customer experience. This is a dynamic role which will require you to field inbound sales calls to promote and sell products & services, as well as activate new Mobile accounts and lines.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Handling chats which can include New Sales and Wireless Activations
• Providing an exceptional, best-in-class Customer Experience
• Uncovering customer needs through discovery dialogue and recommending whole home winning solutions
• Identifying additional sales opportunities through a consultative sales approach
• Assisting customers in understanding the full value proposition of Shaw’s products & services
1) Willingness to WFH and return to office in the future as required.
2) Minimum of 50 WPM and proficient in written English - Testing will be provided
3) 2 years Customer Service experience - retail, call center, hospitality. - proven sales skills
Shift: 7:00AM PST – 9:30PM PST 7 days a week including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays (subject to change based on business needs).
Shifts are set on a three month basis. Tenure, performance are considered when making schedule.
Schedules will be 5 consecutive days. Start times are generally consistent but could change day to day.
