Position Description

As an Inside Sales Representative for REEDS Jewelers, you will be responsible for driving awareness to our vast selection of personalized fine jewelry. In this role, you will act as a service and sales leader. You will identify and implement opportunities to personalize experiences for different customer segments, as well as the individual customer.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Exemplary clienteling through high touch customer engagements pre and post-sale.

  • Proactive customer outreach via a multi-channel approach utilizing inbound and outbound calling, chat, email, and SMS.

  • Support the customer through the 360 degree shopping experience by identifying the customers' needs and wants, the "why", and through training and experience complete the sale by making it personal, relatable, and educational.

  • Continued research and benchmarking of industry best practices of leaders in the industry.

  • Work in collaboration with multiple third party vendors and manufacturers to find and design unique or custom built pieces.

  • Serve as liaison between our Customers, QC, Merchandising, Special Orders and 3rd party Vendors to ensure that the REEDS jewelry and service standards are being upheld at an exceptional level.

  • Personally handle all customer inquiries placed through the Virtual Sales channel.

  • Must be comfortable working in a high-production sales environment.

  • Maintain active customer and prospect base, follow-up campaign calls, scheduling calls, as well as inbound inquiry management through use of phone, chat, email and internet.

  • Talks with, listens to and signals others to effectively exchange information; receives or gives direction; and effectively works as part of a team.

  • Effective communication with customers, co-workers, and business partners throughout the organization.

  • Database Integrity – capturing complete and accurate data on each call (and partial data when a profile cannot be completed), such as; names, addresses, purchases, reactions of prospects contacted into database.

  • Ability to react to customer requirements outside of standard products when situation warrants and work together with the customer to come up with solution that best fits the needs.
