Other duties may be assigned.1.Receives customer inquiries and complaints via telephone, mail or walk in. 2.Processes client information as quickly as possible to enhance the agency's image.3.Ensures complete and accurate client records making corrections and/or modifications by contacting clients as needed.4.Applies sound insurance knowledge in regard to products and services to best meet client needs.5.Traces and expedites late notices to avoid billing problems and maintain the agency's image with the client.6.Reviews renewal policies for accuracy, recommend changes or improvements to the total account, and suggest or offer additional coverage or policies.7.Processes applications and other required forms for submission on all new clients or transfer policies for existing clients. 8.Completes claim reports, follows up, issues agency claim drafts for claims, and sends via facsimile to claim company.9.Completes questionnaires for new accounts or policies, rate coverages or policies.10.Maintains files in an orderly, accessible manner with client contact sheets, lists of insurance and claim history records.11.Follows up on suspense items, agency bill installments, manual updates, filings and appraisals.12.Performs other related duties as assigned.*Skills:Oral Communication SkillsWritten Communication SkillsTechnical CommunicationCustomer RelationsCustomer ServiceDiplomacyBudgetingFilingMath AptitudeNegotiationsOrganizationPlanningProfessionalismProject ManagementPresentationReading SkillsTime Management*Education/Experience:High School Diploma or Equivalent.
