Health Plus Management Front Desk Receptionist - Full Time- Williamsvillle /Niagara in Williamsville, New York

VKP Medical, PLLC is a single-stop source for pain and injury treatment in Western New York. Our practice specializes in caring for victims of acute and chronic pain conditions through advanced interventional pain medicine practices and physical medicine and rehabilitation techniques. VKP Medical is well-versed in caring for patients with pain conditions resulting from sports injuries, car accidents, worker’s compensation injuries and beyond.

Our goal is to deliver a best-in class experience and individualized care plans tailored to our patient’s unique needs. Our staff at VKP Medical, PLLC on conducting thorough evaluations and providing detailed reports documenting their patient’s medical conditions.

We take great pride in exceeding the expectations of patients, referral sources, staff and collaborative partners. We accept most insurance plans including workers compensation and no fault and we’re skilled at treating various neurological, orthopedic and chronic pain conditions.

Currently, we are looking for an eager and professional full time Front Desk Receptionist to assist in keeping the front-end of business running smoothly by answering inquiries, obtaining information from the general public, customers, visitors and to support our clinical team.

HOURS: Full Time = Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Greet visitors

  • Verify and prepare insurance information

  • Provide customer service

  • Answer phones

  • Schedule appointments for new and existing patients

  • Organize and scan paper and electronic files

  • Open mail

  • Perform various clerical and administrative functions to support operations

  • Assist in opening and/or closing responsibilities

  • Filing Medical REcords electrocnically

  • Other tasks as assigned

  • Must be willing to travel between Williamsville and Niagara Falls locations !!
