CVS Health Tech II Canister Calibration in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania
This is a great opportunity to join our team as a Calibration Maintenance Technician in our Mail Operations facility!
The Calibration Maintenance Technician will perform the building, repair and maintenance of automated medication dispensing devices for various automated dispensing machines in our Mail Order Pharmacy. They will develop a working knowledge of all the Automated Dispensing Equipment and their components. The technician must keep on track daily with required cleaning routines as per recommendation of Pharmacy Procedures. The Calibration Maintenance Technician will also test, track and audit Dispensing Device's performance with specific detail to critical counting accuracy and high quality necessities. Some troubleshooting of basic day to day production issues are necessary to maintain facility wide operational goals. This also means following all policies and procedures daily to ensure execution of Quality metrics. Technicians will also maintain all of the necessary transactions into our local database software system to track inventory usage and cost of repair. Other duties may be required while supporting Pharmacy Operations.
Schedule options are designed to create a flexible work schedule for those balancing priorities in and outside of work. We are currently offering full time schedules starting at 30hrs per week. Days off and hours may vary, though you will have a set schedule. Hours are second shift 3pm to 1:30am Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday

-1+ years in a position requiring mechanical or electrical experience
-Advanced Analytical and Technical ability with regards to reading and interpreting electrical prints and mechanical drawings
-Ability to utilize tools such as Digital Multi-meter, Warehousing-Maintenance Software
-Additional training/education in a related area (mechanical aptitude) is a plus
-High school diploma (or equivalent) required
