For our Wiesbaden site, we are looking for a

Project Manager (all genders)

Look forward to the following responsibilities:

  • Primary contact as the IT owner of local business applications, including communications & collaboration applications

  • Produce and oversee existing local IT business application landscape& lifecycle to create transparency and provideinsights to enable well-founded decision making.

  • Work alongside the IT Management team to define the Applicationsroadmap by taking into account strategic aspirations and global plans.

  • Strive for a continuous and structural process to maintain thelandscape according to guidelines, policies and quality acceptance criteria that define standard ways of working.

  • Proactively identify potential application lifecycle managementprocess improvements andopportunities for alignment and/or consolidation of Application solutions.

  • Develop plans and schedules with resource estimations, define milestonesand deliverables, track progress, provide status updates for the projectswithin the scope of portfolio management using Clarity tool.

  • Owning the Change Management process of local businessapplications to completion. Carry out Impact Analysis , planning &execution)

  • Collaborate with colleagueswithin BTS with Digital, Analytics and CRM teams in an agile way

  • Monitor and maintain the Compliance state oflocal application landscape , help project managers and BTS managementto adhere to and further develop compliance of our processes and standardsin the area of local business applications.


We look forward to hearing from you, if you:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or related discipline.

  • Min 3 years experience in Information Technologies

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

…and, in particular, if you have experience with:

  • Engaged team player who works well in a team setting under pressure and to deadlines

  • Fast comprehension and high reliability

  • Continuous improvement mindset

  • Pragmatic, Hands-on, independent working methods

  • Analytical and solution oriented mindset, with ability to effectively problem solve in a logical and structured manner

  • Ability to communicate in a clear and structured way, both verbal and written communications

  • Ability to explain technical issues clearly and simply to a non-technical audience

  • Very good English and German skills

  • Project management certification strongly preferred

  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred

  • Experience with Project management tools (Ms Project, Clarity, Smartsheet,JIRA etc) preferred

  • Fluent in the Microsoft Office Suite o365

  • Experience in application development / project management for web sites, mobile applications or similar digital solutions
