We are currently seeking a Private Banking Specialist to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. This role is an integral part of Emprise Bank’s Wealth Management department by assisting with customer service, administration, and account management.
A successful candidate will have:

Essential Functions of the role:
Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service and interact professionally with all internal and external clients
Foster ongoing client communications that improve banking relationships by gaining insight into clients’ needs
Perform clerical processes including correspondence, reporting, mail, client database, and documenting standard operating procedures
Management of client accounts including inputting loan applications and new deposits, updating records, and maintenance requests.
Participate in the planning and implementation of business development functions

Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
Previous customer service experience required.
Previous banking or professional services experience required.
Proficiency with large server based applications and typical desktop software
