Aerotek Patient Access Coordinator in Wexford, Pennsylvania



They are ramping up to help with the vaccination efforts at PNC Park and their hospital locations. We have a total of 50 openings

These are PART TIME guaranteed roles (20-25/hrs week) BUT they can pickup more shifts to get to 40They will be on a 6 hour rotating schedule so we need people who can work 6/hrs in a day. The more flexible the better

Will be sitting onsite at any of the AHN hospital locations (the location they work each day could change but they will know their schedule each week)

Will be using EPIC to help register/check in/out people coming in to get the vaccine both in person and over the phone

Schedule: Flexibility between 7am-7pm (also weekends)---they run vaccines 7 days week---IDEALLY we find people who are open to ALL shifts BUT we will set people up for interviews and note what their availability is (days/timeframes etc)

They could also be working up to 10-11 hr shifts (2-3 days of work each week) so make sure they are OK with that

So far their busiest days are Thurs-Sunday


Medical, Customer service, Data entry, Patient access, Patient scheduling, Epic, Medical terminology, Health care, Scheduling appointments, Patient registration, Medical scheduling

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

6+ months of medical scheduling/secretary/receptionists/front desk/call center background where they scheduled or check in/out WOULD BE A SHOE IN

They have also hired caregivers/CNA/GNA candidates etc so as long as they are really professional and want to work and have a healthcare background lets talk to them.

EPIC EMR experience is preferred but NOT a must

Must have strong customer service over the phone

Must have strong computer skills

Must be comfortable working at different locations
