Be a part of our journey!As Americas Video Sales Acceleration & GTM Lead, you will be responsiblefor leading the strategy to drive Enterprise video conferencingbusiness in theAmericas, growing market share by defending key accounts, growingpotential business and acquiring new business.Your day to dayAmerica's responsibilityfor the development and execution of EnterpriseVideo conferencing forecast/commit and strategic go-to-market and businessplan in conjunction with the Global Head of Video Sales.Work with Sales Ops to create dashboards and reporting to track and measuresuccess and identify gaps.Drive the strategy to retain, grow and add business for the Enterprisecategory.Be athought leader in the industry who understands the industry challenges andopportunities, and who can evangelize the value of Poly Enterprise solutions.Work with Sales & Marketing to provide feedback and define requirements tobuild compelling channel offers for Enterprise Video sales.Take advantage of the tremendous opportunity to work from anywhere with acompelling plan for workplace transformation and a design for collaborativeworkspaces.What you bring to the teamDemonstrable leadership skills to recruit, retain, mentor, train,energize, the sales and leadership team to sell Video conferencing.Relationship builder who can effectively manage conflict, build clarity inall rapports, be sensitive to cultural differences and bring teams togetherto achieve a common goal.Experience of working with and building channel relationships, understandingof a two-tier fulfilment model.Strong collaborator that works well cross functionally, across thecompany, and externally.Successful track record in Enterprise video conferencing salesand/orincluding of that market would be a distinct advantage.Demonstrated ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.Proven ability to affect transformation of product and process in acompetitive environment.Expert communication, presentation, and time management skills.Process-driven with the ability to use quantitative and analytical skills todrive sales growth, form strategy, create consistency, and execute onperformance.Analytical thinker; someone who thrives in the use of data to drive decisions.Must work successfully in a remote, globally distributed work environment.Innovative and results driven sales executive with 10+ years of experienceThe compensation range (base salary + commission)for this position isbetween$200,000.00 to $265,000.00based on a full-time schedule. Thesalary could vary beyond this range based on your specific skills andexperience.
