Danaher Corporation Field Service Coordinator in Westborough, Massachusetts

Job Description:

Pall Corporation is seeking a talented and dynamic individual to fill the position of Field Service Coordinator in Westborough, MA! This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organization. This position will be supporting the Service Organization and Pall Customers. This includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Drive efficiency and productivity within the field service organization while delivering the best in class customer service for all customers.

  • Achieve and maintain a positive rapport with customers in order to update them of their critical service ticket status within specific timeframes.

  • Schedule preventative maintenance, calibration, installations, and emergency calls while prioritizing the work as appropriate in any given day.

  • Manage open work ticket funnel, review and update service scheduling tool to ensure data accuracy.

  • Monitor work ticket status, identify potential causes of scheduling delay, and take proactive actions to shorten the lead time to schedule the service visits.

  • Assist with reviewing, processing and closing service tickets to improve customer response time and quote turnaround time.

  • Collaborate with the field service teams to drive revenue growth.

  • Adhere to compliance requirements at all times.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Assigned specific offline projects and daily operations activities.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree preferred, or equivalent with 4+ years relevant experience in customer service, call center or coordination environment

  • Familiarity with standard IT Tools (Windows, MS Office).

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of SAP and CRM, preferred.

  • Ability to work a set 9-hour shift anytime between 8am – 8pm EST.
