Job Overview:As a Media Solutions Consultant you will be an integral member of the FastPay Team, working in tandem with both Sales and Operations to meet customer objectives. As a trusted member of the FastPay team, you will add value throughout the sales and onboarding process in the areas of discovery analysis, solution positioning, in depth product demonstrations, implementations, and onboardings. This position is expected to support both the sales and operations team by providing company and industry expertise related to FastPay's suite of products as well as industry specific accounting and media buying tools.
Participate actively in sales calls and provide demos when needed.
Leading and documenting discovery sessions to understand the client’s business objectives and desired outcomes.
Manage and determine strategic, operational, and technical scope of new business opportunities.
Strengthen the sales opportunity by discussing the depth of FastPay’s resources and solutions.
Lead the software implementation for all new customer onboardings.
Provide technical expertise to customers through presentations, workflow documentation, and live support.
Provide added level of technical expertise to the operations team for enhanced customer credibility.
Assist Product team in scoping exercises as well as potential software release impact.
Update and maintain documentation related to FastPay’s suite of products.
Actively participate in relationships with both technology partners and industry leaders.
Minimum of 3+ years of onboarding, product or solutions consulting experience (B2B)
Experience with SaaS Enterprise solutions working with high value customers.
Media knowledge, accounts payable, or operations experience a plus!
Proven track record successfully collaborating with various departments to inspire alignment and execution
Excellent ability to break down technical jargon into easy to understand, plain language
Engaging presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Thrive on customer engagement, consultative sales, problem solving, customer education and support
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
