Essential Functions: EA Toner QA Technician

  • Oversee all aspects of Webster EA toner QA laboratory.

  • Work closely with QA staff, Engineering, Shift Leaders, and Process Specialists in a dynamic manufacturing environment (customer driven approach).

  • Execute analytical tests specific to EA toner manufacturing. Including; x-ray spectroscopy(EDXRF), color spectrophotometry,particle size/shape, light microscopy, pH, conductivity, viscosity, moisture, measurements.

  • Position requires flexibility and willingness to work rotating shifts as required (4x7).

Required Skills:

  • Associate or Bachelor level technical/applied science degree preferred.

  • Prior quality lab experience preferable.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong work ethic and team attitude.

  • Understanding of Statistical Process Control “6 Sigma & Lean” principles.

  • Aptitude for solving problems and troubleshooting analytical equipment.
