JCAHO, NRC and OSHA).span /spanDevelop and submit departments compliance plan and bi-annual reports, maintain records and monitors adherence to educational, professional and health requirements (eg, ARRT, ARDMS, LARA, NMTCB certification, CRP and TB testing.span /span/spanspanspan2.span /span/span/spanspanRevenue Cycle: Conduct routine and ad hoc audits relating to billing, medical records etc.span /spanWrite ISR's, test OneChart modifications and work OneChart work queues./spanspanspan3.span /span/span/spanspanRadiation Safety: Maintains the departments QA Program.span /spanUpdate Policies and maintain department website./spanspanspan4.span /span/span/spanspanStaff Development: Provide new hire orientation, develop department specific cyberworks modules.span /spanMonitors all mandatory learning./spanspanspan5.span /span/span/spanspanRecord Management: maintain department policies and procedures. /spanspanspan6.span /span/span/spanspanStudent onboarding for Oakland University Beaumont Health Diagnostic Imaging programs./spanspanspan7.span /span/span/spanspanDemonstrates leadership and conflict resolution abilities through effective problem solving./spanspanspan8.span /span/span/spanspanEffective inter/intra-departmental communication and participation with medical staff, management, technical and support staff./spanspanspan9.span /span/span/spanspanKnowledge with computers for charging/viewing schedules and PAC'S for sending information both accurately and efficiently./spanspanspan10.span /span/span/spanspanEnsures adherence to departmental policies and procedures, including safety standard to minimize radiation exposure to patients and employees./spanspanspan11.span /span/span/spanspanOrganize and impart department iBring Your Child to Work Day/i./span spanspanspanStandard Requirements:/span/span spanspan /span/span/spanspanspanspan span A. Education / Training:br* Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT)brAccredited Radiography program preferred.br*
