Overview: In the role ofWindchill Systems Administrator, working in Waukesha, WI, you will be part of the Systems team. TheWindchill SystemsAdministrator position is responsible for supporting the engineering community through assessment and development ofWindchill process standards across the full range of exclusive systems. The role will assess and create clear topic-based content that users need to know, when they need to know it, in a way that provides immediate access, enhances processes and improves user efficiency. This position reports to the Engineering Manager and works closely with our Systems and Engineering teams. SupportsWindchill system user issues for all teams including occasional off-hours support of our international teams.Analyze engineering system information requirements and product specifications to understand technical content strategy and plan to create and deliver written and/or visual product-related information including various types of guides (automated templates and best practices), and online information (interactive demos, help systems) integrated into product, for a variety of audiences (general engineering users, systems administrators, and engineering training developers).Responsible for implementing and supporting the internal tools and systems environment that supports a forward-thinking product development group using PDM/PLM and other software tools forWindchill data and engineering documentation management.Develop practices and processes aligned to enhancing the performance and efficiencies of the Windchill System Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree 5 years experience with CAD/PLM tools. 5 years of experience with engineering processes and terms related to design creation and management. 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office products specifically Excel and/or Access data management Great Reasons to work for Generac: Competitive Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k and many more State-of-the-art facility with an onsite gym, walking trails, cafe, free parking and many employee activities Scheduled events throughout the year that allow our employees, both current and retirees, to gather together and enjoy their time with their families and...
