CITIZENS BANK Junior Commercial Credit Analyst in WAUKESHA, Wisconsin

We are seeking a full time Junior Commercial Credit Analyst to join our Commercial Creditteam. This position is responsible for providing support to the lending staff by obtaining pre-closing documentation, building credit presentations and underwriting small business loan requests. Hours/Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:15am-5pm *Hours may change at any time based upon business needs Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze and make approval recommendations on loans that meet policy criteria Analyze and rate the risk of each borrower Provide financial analysis and create credit presentations utilizing Credit Quest, core, and information provided. Provide comments and write-ups on financial conditions of customers, as well as, covenant violations to Loan Officers. Manage a pipeline of loan requests ensuring deadlines are met. Assist business bankers as requested Pull credit reports and analyze data Enter data into Info Pro to obtain flood certificate and follow compliance procedures for items located in a flood zone. Order appraisals, including entering information into Triserv, or requesting from internal appraiser. Contact customers to gather information (financials, exception items, and insurance). Order environmental reports and title following policy requirements. Complete internal forms to aid in lending compliance and moving loans through the commercial pipeline Assess and assign values on collateral for credit exposures Any other duties as assigned Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required Prior banking experience preferred Associates degree from two-year college in Finance/Accounting or four-year degree in Business or related field preferred Strong analysis software/computer proficiency including Word and Excel, and the ability to produce tables of information. Ability to make decisions with little supervision. Interact positively and communicate well (written and verbal) with all staff levels. Effective presentation skills.
