GS-15: You qualify at the GS-15level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-14level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties: Coordinating and directing the accomplishment of difficult and diverse functions or issues.

Analyzing and implementing issues related to the establishment of program goals and objectives.

Establishing long-range work plans and determining the actions necessary to accomplish these objectives. The assessments for this job will measure: Problem Solving
