ICF Consulting Group, Inc. ServiceNow IT Asset Management Technical Consultant in Washington, District Of Columbia

Required Skills:

  • At least 3+ years comprehensive experience with ServiceNow platform and 2+ years experience with ServiceNow IT Asset Management

  • Demonstrate expert understanding of IT Asset Management best practices related to ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM)

  • Previous working experience with ServiceNow CMDB

  • Knowledge of relational database concepts

  • Experience working with ServiceNow Discovery

  • Complete understanding of software life cycle management

  • Knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script include, Workflow designer, Table/Form creation, email alerts configuration.Engage as an integral technical resource to develop client solutions

  • Ability to participate in design workshop, development, testing and deployment activities with customers

  • Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools

  • Excellent communication skills

  • US Citizenship or Permanent Resident only; must be eligible for Public Trust Clearance

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with working or developing with JavaScript

  • Experience with software licensing in general

  • Experience with ServiceNow, hardware and software discovery, and software usage data

  • Licensing knowledge in at least one of the larger software publishers, such as Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, HP, or Adobe

  • Good working knowledge of all major operating systems and hardware platforms

  • IAITAM Certified Software Asset Manager, or similar, certification

  • Strong understanding of ITIL

  • Working knowledge how configuration management factors into the ITIL framework

  • ServiceNow System Admin Certification

  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
