We are seeking a dynamic, self-starter Maximo Funtional Technical Consultant to both support existing projects and drive continued growth in our digital services.
We are looking for forward thinkers who can help grow our digital services. Individuals with interest or knowledge in the latest EAM services, IOT, mobile solutions, machine learning, and AI will thrive well in the environment we are creating.
As a Maximo Consultant, you will be fully able to demonstrate Maximo solution functional design, development, integration, configuration & deployment services.
It is preferred that the individual possesses a solid understanding in supply-chain management, reliability analysis, maintenance and work order management.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or relevant field
Proven experience in consulting or a comparable role in an organization where the individual has held a role responsible for the deployment of technologies to manage assets.
At least 5 years’ experience with Maximo.
Ability to perform standard queries to a database using tools like Toad, Sql Developer, or similar
A strong team player who can get things done, can provide leadership when needed or be led when required.
Actively contributes to and able to manage client relationships (both internally and externally)
A strong communicator who can explain complex processes simply, with good presentation and writing skills.
An ability to share knowledge informally and formally and coach and support more junior consultants
A good understanding of asset management and the challenges organizations face with introducing business change to improve management practices.
Must have authorization to immediately work in the United States
The asset management team works nationally and the candidate should be available to travel. The preferred home location for this posting is in the Washington, DCmetro area.
