Historically, the travel requirement for this position has ranged from 80-100%. For now, all KPMG business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. KPMG is currently seeking a Sr. Director to join our Business Development Organization.
Develop and execute account management strategies that results in significant services growth at global Fortune Industrial Manufacturing clients
Implement relationship development programs with C-level executives, board members, and alumni at assigned accounts
Coordinate account management, relationship development, and sales pursuit activities with appropriate partners, managers, and subject-matter professionals to ensure well integrated business development programs across assigned accounts
Meet specific Key Sales Objectives at assigned accounts, measure and report progress against quarterly and annual booking goals with Firm national and industry leadership teams
Assist service delivery practice teams in proposal development, focusing on KPMG value proposition, key differentiators, and win themes aligned to client solution objectives
Manage the business opportunity pipeline at assigned accounts to help ensure KPMG is well positioned to capitalize on opportunities to provide high quality solutions for clients
Minimum of fifteen years of demonstrated business services experience in a position requiring the management of large-scale corporate accounts
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business or a related field or equivalent experience
Ability to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, written communication, and virtual selling techniques that drive business relationships of trust, confidence, and results
Experience implementing account growth strategies and C- Level executive relationships
Demonstrated success identifying, qualifying, and closing high-value service offerings that meet complex business challenges
Ability to travel regularly
