The IT Internal Audit Specialist helps clients identify and assess internal controls to achieve auditability and sustain operating effectiveness.
Design audit strategy
Develop test plans
Perform internal control assessments
Assist process owners remediate control deficiencies
Document auditability status
This individual will poxsess the following qualifications– Required
BA/BS degree in the field(s) of Accounting or Information Technology related
5 years of experience in internal controls, audit readiness/remediation, or audits
Active Secret clearance or above
Fluent and Proficient in English
The following qualifications are desirable – Desired
Experience working within Department of Defense, including the U.S. Army
Experience with Military Pay business process
Experience with PeopleSoft
Experience with Federal Information System Controls Audit Manual (FISCAM) and National Institute of Standards and Technology
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
