Functions as an expert in data analysis, independent of tool in use. The deliverables from this task will enable ITSO to create focused communications materials for the appropriate stakeholders.

  • Work with government stakeholders to create to identify and prioritize data and statistical requirements, including specific data elements to be collected.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of databases, data collection systems/tools, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality (including identifying process improvements to better satisfy business needs).

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct data collection issues.

  • Identify, analyze, interpret, and model trends or patterns in data from a variety of government-approved sources.

  • Design and produce accurate and effective statistical data visualization products and reports for a variety of audiences.

  • Deliver quality, easily understood, unambiguous products on time.
