Latitude, Inc. Contracts Administrator in Washington DC, District Of Columbia

Job duties include:

? Create general correspondence

? Create & maintain the organization?s files

? Submit C/SDRLs

? Respond to inquiries regarding contractual obligations and revisions

? Communicate with Prime Contractor

? Review contract solicitation/proposal terms and provide contractual feedback to the team

? Conduct proposal preparation for customer requirements

? Prepare /Complete NDA templates for signature

? Track active Nondisclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements

? SharePoint and spreadsheet creation and maintenance

? Interact/coordinate with Program Staff

? Answer calls and attend meetings

? Organize large volumes of information

? Other Administrative duties as assigned Job Requirements

? Associates Degree or 4 years? experience as a Contracts Administrator or similar.

? Organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills

? Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge in SharePoint and PowerPoint a plus.

? Knowledge of Government Contract Administration including the terms and conditions for different contract types (FFP CPFF, T & M, IDIQ, etc) and their proper use

? Knowledge of FAR and DFAR

? Analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work.

? Ability to obtain/maintain a US Government security clearance

? Some travel is required, valid driver?s license

? Must be a U.S. Citizen
