Philips Recruitment Intern in EMEA Campus Team in Warszawa, Poland

In this role, you have the opportunity to

develop a relationship with colleges and universities to drive a campus relationship recruiting model. Attracting the best talent is critical to business success, so you will act as a strategic advisor.

You are responsible for

  • Supporting end-to-end campus recruitment projects and activities based on the relevant academic calendar

  • Participating in the development, maintenance and improvement of the relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ating actively in the team, that provides best in class customer experience (hiring managers, candidates, and partners)

  • Creating excellent intern experience beyond the learning pathway and proactively promote interns for full-time graduate opportunities

You are a part of

the EMEA Campus Team which consists of people located in several European countries (the Netherlands, France, Germany, and the UK). You will work closely not only with the CEE Campus Team, ut as well HR Managers, HR Business Partners, Centers’ of Expertise and Philips People Services.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience :

  • Currently studying towards your University degree

  • Available at least 25-30h/week

  • Interest in the recruitment/ employer branding field

  • Fluency in English and Polish (both verbally and in writing) is a must

  • Good knowledge about university’s society (e.g. students’ organizations, university’s events) will be your great asset

  • Strong planning and organizational skills will help
