Philips Junior HR Manager in Warszawa, Poland
In this role, you have the opportunity to
deliver HR services based on a solid understanding of HR processes and organization’s needs; deploy HR policies, processes and implement the people and organization strategy in one business in Poland.
You are a part of the Human Resources team in Poland, who support on daily basis the Philips managers and employees on various HR related topics.
You are responsible for
Support local departments, people leaders and employees for a dedicated business
Close cooperation with TA, Rewards and HR Operations teams on people strategy delivery
Support and facilitate the development of managers in people management and manager self-service
Implementation of internal HR regulations and procedures
Managing internal communication regarding various HR related aspects
Creating and managing wellbeing and HR campaigns
Supporting Social Fund (ZFŚS) activities
Support the CEER Area HR Head with the operational activities, exposure across CEER markets on HR topics & projects
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as human resources, psychology, economics)
Fluent English & Polish is a must
Good influencing and communication skills
Very good knowledge of Polish Labour Law
Experience in operational implementation of the HR strategy through day-today execution of HR activities
Experience in delivery of core HR services through end-to-end framework and managing stakeholders
Experience in HR operations would be a solid foundation
Experience in planning, coordinating, executing, and evaluating projects
Experience in matrix organization would be an advantage
