You'll be an advocate of Google's culture and values, partnering with our business leaders to help them build their organizations and make sure all people decisions are based on data. Whether coaching our clients on how to lead their teams, navigating and resolving employee relations issues or managing programs that help develop our Googlers, you are exceptionally focused on putting them first, and being as clear and transparent as possible to help Googlers understand how people decisions get made.
As a Market HR Cluster Lead, based in Warsaw, you will oversee a set of strategically grouped markets to manage and deliver respective HR strategies across. You'll mitigate risks, nurture culture, and handle people challenges. You will drive a One Google experience and work with counterparts across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and the greater Market HR team. You will report directly to the Market HR Regional Lead for EMEA.
You will build and manage relationships within People Operations and across site leadership to develop and execute Market site plans. You will bring HR business partnership knowledge working in the Poland, Czech Republic, Croatia, Lithuania, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Turkey and Ukraine markets, with specific depth in employment law, compliance, culture development and talent strategy. You'll balance strategic and tactical work when needed, diving deep on risk identification and resolution as well as surfacing those themes to inform and drive people plans.
