You ensure that promotional campaigns and initiatives are activated across the customer base. You explain the activation vision, provide support materials and develop in-store point-of-sale (POS) activation requirements.
How you will contribute
You will:
Engage brand & category teams on appropriate channel requirements and relevant timelines
Understand and develop with marketing the most appropriate campaign plans by category and retailer
Understand the key drivers of purchase be responsible for the development of account/channel specific POS materials
Track, post-evaluate and report activity versus plan of all activity in customers and recommend improvements and key insights for future strategy development

Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods industry with experience working with grocery customers preferred
Project management in a supply chain or commercial context

Mondelēz World Travel Retail (MWTR) is the dynamic global business unit responsible for driving sales in the specialist travel retail channel. Operating in premium retail environments, MWTR takes an innovative approach to brands such as Toblerone, Milka, Cadbury and Oreo for best representation in airports, border stores, ferries and in-flight.

Main responsibilities include:
In-store excellence at both permanent and promotional space
Customer and Brand Ambassador management
Accountability for significant portion of WTR A&C budget
Required :
Proven track record of international Marketing and Sales success
Min. 6 years’ experience in the FMCG market preferred
Fluent level of English is a must, German will be an asset
The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
No Relocation support available, however for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
