Job Description:

Retirement, Insurance/Annuities Marketing - The Global Wealth and Investment Management (GWIM) Product Marketing team is looking for a highly motivated individual to support the education planning, retail retirement, Insurance and Annuity businesses. As an industry leader in this space, our marketing team includes dynamic, energetic and skilled teammates focused on driving comprehensive marketing strategies to help our advisors and clients realize their goals. The Product Marketing team is responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives through the successful development and implementation of marketing programs andcommunications. A key component of this function will be to support activities critical to the timely delivery of projects. It is a fast-paced, demanding, client-driven environment with many tight deadlines and many projects underway simultaneously. The Retirement, Insurance and annuities manager will have the opportunity to support content and creation of our marketing materials. This candidate will provide tactical marketing support, as well as interact with agency partners, line of business partners and supervision partners.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide project management and organization support to members of the team in the following key areas:

  • Timely and effective development and maintenance of marketing materials, including project management of collateral, managing graphic design tasks, and appropriate postings to intranet sites and web updates, collateral inventory tracking

  • Processes and manages submissions for the team through our marketing review process (compliance, brand, registered principal reviews)

  • Supporting the roll-out and on-going maintenance of intranet site (Resource Central) for product marketing content and collateral

  • Maintain project plans for key initiatives, such as new product launches, special campaigns and key initiatives.

• Assisting with budget management

• Providing back-up coverage for marketing project managers

• Internal communications support

• Responding to ad hoc marketing requests to support the sales team

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of marketing program management experience in financial services, preferably in the retail retirement, education funding, insurance and annuity space if possible

• Stellar interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

• Stellar communication, organizational and project management skills; high attention to detail

• Understands end to end marketing process

• Ability to work in fast-paced, demanding, client-driven environment; ability to manage within tight deadlines

• Excellent Microsoft office skills

• BS/BA required
