RESPONSIBILITIES:• Oversight of accurate and timely completion of assigned damage appraisals• Provide economical means of repair or replacement as needed while helping to establish total loss values and handling complaints• Triage and utilize multiple estimating channel options quickly and efficiently• Provide re-inspection of repaired vehicles and the assessment of repair costs• Properly assess the indemnity and expense exposures• Provide outstanding customer service while operating within a team environment and maintaining a continuous focus on self-development• Flexibility to travel when required to attend meetings and catastrophe duty
QUALIFICATIONS:• 2+ years of prior auto damage estimating and auto claim handling experience required.• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.• Operate with integrity at all times to allow for trusted credible client interactions• Self-motivated and able to keep on task with minimal direct supervision• Must hold or be willing to acquire the applicable state's adjuster's license if required by the state
