Job Description

As a Technical lead, candidate will be required to design, develop web application to support digital platforms. Analyze and identify opportunities to optimize purchase flows to increase efficiency.

Analyze architecture, relationship between systems, and systems flow of end-to-end designs. Work with business teams in brainstorming and coming up with solutions. Guide others to assess system usage trends and identify potential performance constraints. Evaluate solutions aligning with the end user experience. Anticipate emerging business needs and identify opportunities leading to the selection and design/development of tools, software platform and infrastructure components.

Technical Leader Job Details:

  • Develop resolutions to complex problems creatively and make decisions that impact projects & staff members

  • Guide and mentor team on modern software techniques, specifically Java/J2EE, as well as facilitate interaction with the existing software development teams

  • Assimilate complex business problems, technical issues and propose solutions

  • Develop system architecture that improve designs and functions

  • Educate team members about integrating systems collaboratively & efficiently

  • Design and development of IT solutions that improve performance, security and control

  • Review issues on testing and production environment.

Education Requirement:

  • BS Degree or equivalent work experience
