Expertise We Look For

Admittedly, expectations for Systems Engineers are high – for a reason. Systems Engineering is at the core of how our complex systems operate.

While we appreciate that there are varying degrees of subject matter expertise associated to Systems Engineering, if you have between 5-10 years of experience in any of following areas as a Systems Engineer, we would like to invite you to join our Talent Community for immediate and future opportunities.

  • You have lead significant, multidisciplinary technology development or integration projects

  • You have worked with functional teams and management to ensure projects are successful and can transition to operational status

  • You have worked closely with customers to understand requirements and can effectively manage requirements flow-downs and traceability

  • You have collaboratively developed and implement new technologies, including hardware, software, firmware, and systems/architecture.

  • You authored test reports, white papers, and proposals – and at ease presenting results and new ideas in front of internal audiences and customers.

  • Experience with complex engineering features associated with electrical, mechanical, optical, software, systems, signal-processing and/or hardware components

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret with SCI DoD Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship

Skills and Competencies We Look For

We look for a variety of experiences and skills for our team. If can identify with any of the following within your own inventory of skills and experiences, we would be thrilled if you joined others like you in our talent community.

  • Experience with complex military and US Government programs

  • Domain expertise in Space Systems, ISR, Marine/Naval//Underwater domains, Airborne Systems or Avionics, Signals Intelligence, Secured Communications

  • An undergraduate degree in Engineering or Computer Science

  • A minimum of 5 years of recent, relevant and progressive experience in Systems Engineering

  • Demonstrable experience in the analysis of customer requirements

  • Ability to mentor and coach, and learn at the same time

  • Ability to accurately scope and estimate new efforts as needed

  • Experience with highly complex/military/classified systems

  • Self-starting, able to work in a team environment, and possess excellent organization, communications, and presentation skills.
