What we're looking for:

Are you geared to design, develop, and operate a multitenant, scalable SaaS service using the latest technologies in the cloud? Come join us. We’re building the core controller and management services that run Citrix ADC products. You will have a significant influence on our overall strategy by helping define these product features, drive the system architecture, and spearhead the best practices that enable a quality product.Position Overview:

As a leading member of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of core product features. The ideal candidate is clearly passionate about new opportunities and has a demonstrable track record of success in delivering new features and products. A commitment to teamwork, hustle, and strong communication skills (to both business and technical partners) are absolute requirements.Role responsibilities:

  • Creating reliable, scalable, and high-performance products requires exceptional technical expertise, a sound understanding of the fundamentals of Computer Science, and practical experience building large-scale distributed systems.

  • You will work with other senior members, architects, product managers, do a mentor for junior members.

  • Your day to day activities includes design, development, troubleshooting, some amount of tracking, handle customer issues, deliver and manage high quality, reliable service in the cloud along with other members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

  • 8+ years of experience building production software systems

  • Experience developing cloud software services and an understanding of design for scalability, performance, and reliability

  • OO design/development skills and have experience driving projects from concept to prototype, and finally implementation

  • Experience with tools of the trade, including a variety of modern programming languages Python

  • Development experience defining, developing and maintaining web service API’s and messaging

  • Having experience in the desired state model and a single source of truth is an added plus

  • Demonstrated ability to mentor other software developers to maintain architectural vision and software quality

  • Excellence in technical communications with both technical and non-technical peers

Preferred skills (Optional):

  • Terraform

  • Splunk

  • Docker, K8s

  • Experience in managing apps in Cloud platforms - AWS, Azure, GCP (especially) and onPrem hypervisors like ESX, Xen, HyperV
