Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for analysis of financial reports, trend, and opportunities. Includes evaluation of and recommendations relating to business opportunities, investments, financial regulations, and similar financial projects or programs. Duties include gathering, interpreting, and evaluating financial information; generating forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, finance and other areas of business; Creating financial models for future business planning decisions in areas such as new product development, new marketing strategies, etc.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Produce monthly and ad hoc LTSS metrics using multiple data sources.
Partner with Health Plans on ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation between enrollment and payment files.
Partner with LTSS product team on cost benefit modeling
Educate finance associates on the LTSS benefit including finance considerations.
Perform utilization analysis, including summarizing monthly results for MHI Finance Leadership, Health Plan Leadership, and Operational Leadership.
Partner with Segment Finance team on various initiatives as assigned by SVP of Segment Finance.
Partner with Actuary Team and Finance Leadership on annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
Support LTSS G&A expense management and position control.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience
3-4 Years
Preferred Education
MBA
Preferred Experience
5-6 Years healthcare finance. Knowledge of government healthcare products.
