OVERALL ROLE PURPOSETo ensure DHL’s sales processes (GSP), tools and programs are effectively used and continually improved across Express CEU Commercial teamsEnable and drive business development, programs, and innovation in the commercial function across Central Europe YOUR MAIN TASKSThe role will include but is not limited to following responsibilities: Sales Improvement Process Improve sales effectiveness & efficiency in the countries through Global Sales Improvement Process (GSIP) / review implementation & follow throughTo ensure sustainability of the current global GSIP practices so they become embedded in ongoing, daily sales management routines, inclusive of standard measurements.Conduct 1:1 sales mgmt. coaching sessions including monitoring of the sales processes, coaching skills, tools and applications in the countriesProvide expertise and support in the areas of Sales Development, Tools & Process, Training, Programs & (Digital) MarketingOrchestrate CEU sales competitions, sales blitz, and other activity Market and Business Development Build CEU specific market intelligence (industries, trade lanes, products)Define/ customize proven customer engagement formats (webinars, events, etc.)Prove and introduce new customer engagement processes in daily business: (Digital) marketing, social sellingDefine, and execute focused growth initiatives, e.g. SME growth/ lead generation, etc. YOUR PROFILE Proven track record in sales leadership and/or facilitation, coaching, project management 3-4 years experience in the segmented service industry, ideally Express industryPreferred: Minimum 2 Years as a Sales Manager or comparable sales management experiencePreferred: Hands-on knowledge of Customer Relationship Mgmt. & Business Intelligence systems, applications & toolsRelevant tertiary qualificationsProven facilitation, coaching and/ or sales leadershipAbility to operate effectively in a consultant/advisory roleExcellent communication & presentation skillsStrong interpersonal and motivational skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsComputer literacy in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.Sales skills (i.e. ability to win trust, qualify & close business, negotiations, etc.)In depth knowledge of Sales ProcessesStrong knowledge in Air Express, Road and/or Freight businessStrong ability to impact and influenceStrong business/commercial acumenStrong achievement driveAbility to solve (avoid) conflicts in a diplomatic mannerAbility to travel (up to 30%) OUR OFFER Great team of colleaguesPermanent contractOn-going professional training and certificationsHuge number of internal job opportunities within the companyCompetitive portfolio of benefits Do you see a personal challenge in these versatile and responsible tasks?
