Within this team, you will play a lead role in developing the future of PepsiCo’s retailer media strategy. You will serve as the lead retail media planner for some of PepsiCo’s enterprise customers, where you will be responsible for constructing and executing conversion-driven media campaigns that maximize return on ad spend. You will work very closely with our shopper marketing, media, and ecommerce marketing teams to develop and execute the media strategy. Occasionally, you will also work with brand marketing, brand media, and our data science teams to inform media strategy. You will have exposure with senior management, customer teams, and media vendors so you will need to collaborate and communicate effectively in order to stay connected with all of their evolving needs.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Become the subject matter expert for planning and executing media strategy at retail

  • Partner with shopper marketers to develop optimal 360 degree marketing campaigns

  • Track, optimize and report all campaign data within our Datorama platform

  • Develop media network performance and partner capabilities to maximize PepsiCo’s overall return on total media investments at retail

  • Communicate and work effectively with customer teams and media vendors

  • Collaborate with retail media team and other internal media partners to develop new insights, evergreen best practices, and learning agendas

  • Elevate the impact of the Retailer Media function and ROI-generating outputs

  • Promote and foster a "learning culture" by monitoring latest industry thinking and innovation to inform future direction and strategy

PERCENT TRAVEL: 10%

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

  • Preferred minimum of 3+ years of Digital Media experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passion for media, digital marketing, and consumer/shopper behavior

  • Self-starter, able to work independently and build connections with key stakeholders

  • Complex problem solver who can define, assess, solve, and communicate back to leadership in a clear and concise fashion

  • Excellent analytical skills to translate information into actionable insights and strategic recommendations

  • Solid organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once delivering strong, detailed execution

  • Ability to collaborate with others for a better solution

  • High degree of proficiency with Excel, Power Point, and data analytics software

  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
