What you’ll do at Jamf:

At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. The Product Operations Intern works closely with the Manager of Product Feedback Programs and the Program Manager of Tech Enablement across a wide variety of projects within the Product Management organization. Duties may include - but are not limited to - organizing and rolling out new and existing internal enablement resources, training Jamf’s across our product portfolio, partnering closely with other departments/disciplines (Product Owners, Quality Assurance, Support, Engineering) to facilitate Beta Program feedback, and engaging with internal stakeholders on platform, product, or project rollouts.

Critical skills for success in this role include the ability to analyze and synthesize information, strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills, and the wherewithal to navigate a matrixed environment.


  • Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders and customers to solicit and understand product needs, gather feedback, and distribute issues and feedback internally

  • Collect and document data to assist in measured impact and value of product feedback

  • Work directly with the Manager of Product Feedback Programs to help expand, iterate, improve, and diversify the Jamf Beta Programs

  • Work directly with the Program Manager, Tech Enablement on related goals and dissemination of feedback, internal and external

  • Researching and collating resources for product enablement and training

  • Maintaining and organizing new and existing knowledge repositories

  • Assist with refinement of enablement resources

  • Identify inconsistencies and present options for improving efficiency and cohesion

  • Performs other duties as required and completes all job functions per departmental policies and procedures

  • Help ensure Jamf builds great products to help our customers succeed with Apple

  • Senior-level college education or above required

  • Equivalent work or school experience will be considered

  • Strong communication skills across mediums. Verbal, written, presentations, Zoom, etc.

  • Strong relationship building skills, earning trust and using influence to deliver results

  • Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects

  • A bias towards action, able to make informed decisions and prioritize tasks and projects

  • Creative and entrepreneurial mind who is a quick study, embraces change and adapts
