Job Summary:

Coach & Lead transformational activities for Supply Chain & Operational Services processes. Position is responsible for driving transformational change that increases ROI. Responsibilities include leading and coaching core team members and Sr. leaders within Value Streams and day to day operations. Work across functions and SBU’s to gain alignment and ownership of embedding standard work and tools across the entire organization that reduce complexity, improve flow and eliminate waste. Improve transactional flow from ideation to value creation. This role is preferred to sit in Davidson, NC, but remote work is a possibility.


  • Item Master Value Stream OPEX Leader

  • Responsible for leading and coaching the transformation of our Item Master data & Trade Compliance processes & team members to improve flow and eliminate waste.

  • Provide direc/indirect leadership to Opex Change agent to coach develop lean thinking and lean foundations

  • Sets strategic priorities and removes barriers for all transformation efforts.

  • Co-develops Value Stream transformation plans with the Sponsors and Steering Committee Members.

  • Facilitate/Lead/Support weekly Obeya room reviews to drive accountability and sense or urgency around transformational activities.

  • Facilitate RIE events focused on reducing cycle time & touch time and achieving driver metrics. Box 8=Box 3.

  • Coach using A3 Thinking at all levels of the organization.

  • Standard Work & Process Governance. Responsible for governance model of standard work, MDI processes to easily communicate, leverage and improve our standard work on the BOS / Sharepoint.

  • Through development of training and standard work, increase team members capacity and knowledge of processes.

  • Develop and track process metrics to measure compliance and effectiveness for continuous improvement

  • Provide leadership in the deployment of Lean Excellence across all of the Supply Chain organization to improve process capability and lean leader maturity.

  • Lead Item Master Value Stream Transformation & Coach Trade Compliance Process Improvements.

  • Lead / manage OPEX change agent

  • Interface with Senior leaders to communicate and influence key initiatives requiring cross functional support



  • Bachelor’s Degree – supply chain, business, engineering, finance or similar.

  • 10 years of hands-on lean transformation experience in mfg. or transactional environment.

  • Ability to travel 20%

  • Strong project management experience

  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, all functional areas

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Previous experience in creating new flow cells and maturing processes including SW, MDI, 9SPS

  • Excellent collaboration skills

  • Expert at lean coaching and facilitation

  • Ability to influence others regardless of function or title

  • Servant Leadership approach with a passion for eliminating waste and overburden on employees


  • At least 10 years of lean manufacturing / office transformation experience with demonstrated success

  • At least 5 yrs. Supply Chain / P2P functional experience

Base Pay Range (for Colorado Residents): $83,500-$174,000

Additional Compensation: 10-25% bonus
