About the role
What you need to know:
To act as SME in respect of the DWF (Digital Workflow Application) providing front line business support to all UK users. Conduct AVP and UAT on new system releases and ensure these work as expected. Provide sign-off confirmation/advice as required.
Manage the DWF Support inbox dealing with all manner of user queries in relation to the Digital Workflow application.
Perform technical analysis on incoming queries to see if a resolution/workaround can be performed. Where resolution isn’t possible raise a Service Now Ticket assigned to the L2/3 development team.
Liaise with Users and Developers to prioritise and escalate tickets raised and send comms on behalf of the DWF support teams to all UK users where required
Work to strict SLAs responding to technical queries by users inside 24hours of initial receipt
Form business relationships with end users and attend key stakeholder meetings to support engagement, and foster end to end support
Participate in Commercial projects which have an impact on DWF including SCUP Model Office and AIG 200 related changes
Manage bolt on Autobooker dashboard including Raters used by Product Towers which are integrated into DWF
Develop skills to manage all commercial team business support inboxes including TBS, COMET including complex technical issues.

Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office
